Two restaurants one in the big city with a $750,000 fit out, a celebrity chef, a published author with the admiration of his peers and the media... the other a regional based restaurant, virtually unknown, no "major industry awards" but loved by the people and owned by someone who chose to connect and communicate with her customers. One goes bust because the GFC has impacted the trade, the other one is thriving and the owner asks what GFC?
