We have turned failing restaurants around and added millions of dollars in sales to many who thought that they could never achieve great sales.

The best thing about what we do though is helping hard working people achieve the lifestyle they want. I see clients cut back their hours, go away on holidays, pay down their debt and even sell their restaurants and move on to green pastures. What ever you goal, our goal is to help you achieve it!

In 1997 I arrived in Australia and despite being highly qualified and experienced in working in the psychology field I couldn’t get work without requalifying. So instead I set up a direct response, mail order business selling personal development products for home and business use. We achieved amazing results with our sales and marketing materials and before too long we had people requesting help with their marketing too. This led to coaching and helping entrepreneurs across the world.

We began helping restaurant owners with their marketing in 2005. Since then I have spoken to thousands of restaurant, café, hotel, bar and club owners across Australia in New Zealand, in The UK and in The Philippines. We have clients in all of those countries and our products have shipped even further to the USA, Canada and beyond.

In 2013 I published my first book, More Bums On Seats, Five Steps To A Highly Successful Restaurant which is now in the hands of over 5,000 restaurateurs.

We work directly with restaurant owners via seminars, workshops, home study courses, face to face coaching, account management and video coaching. We also design and deliver “Done For You” marketing for all of our clients.

We coach and support restaurant owners, managers and staff to grow the restaurant’s profits. We actually do much of their marketing for them as this is something that gets overlooked when a busy owner has to focus on the day-to-day running of the business. We manage their customer databases for them Last year we sent around 500,000 birthday and anniversary cards and 6.2 million emails. It is not unusual for our marketing to add an extra $500,000 - $1,000 000 per year in sales to a restaurant.

We have worked with every type of establishment from Muffin Break owners to Celebrity Chefs; 25 seat cafe’s to multi-function centres with 650 seats; Start-ups to two hat restaurants, bars, pubs, hotels and franchise chains. We also worked with Hungerford Hill Winery in 2010 /11 to help them to build their Wine Club to over 1,000 paying members in their mail order wine program.

Our clients feel incredibly confident and supported knowing that despite the challenges they face in the hospitality industry, their customers will visit regularly and happily spend with them because their marketing is working and… their marketing happens like clockwork. We get very good results through a combination of on-line, off-line and mobile strategies.
