We work with a restaurant that also has a bar/pub attached and they are a real sports bar and this is what they became known for and they chose the sport AFL in Sydney, which as you probably know, Sydney is not the home of AFL, that would be Melbourne. Despite that, they decided to focus on the AFL sport, within their sports bar and they became known for it. They took that to the next level. They then advertised the fact of when these live events were going to be on in the bar. They had massive video screen installed. At the time, it was the biggest video screen in the southern hemisphere and they had other video screens showing different sporting events and then every Friday that’s what they marketed out. So for them, it was about sport.With other restaurant that I’ve worked with, it’s about specific style of food or a particular food or the fact that they are organic. There are lots of different things you could be known for. What is something that you want to be known for? You can then use that to market to your customers. What is it that your customers love about you so that makes it easy for you to become known for that, moreover with lots of other people.So what’s the one thing that could be known for?
