Follow a Marketing Calendar for Your Restaurant.
It goes without saying that you should be following a marketing calendar. Unfortunately though, most restaurants don’t.
I recommend 3 marketing calendars that come together on one.
The first one is the typical calendar that starts with Australia Day in January, then Valentine’s Day, Saint Patrick’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day and so on.
The second calendar makes sure you've got celebration events handled, a calendar of when your birthday emails, birthday cards, anniversary cards are to be marketed out from your restaurant to your customers on their special days.
And the third calendar is about the restaurant itself - wine dinners, theme dinners, local community events etc.
We do three calendars into one, so that our clients always have reasons to market to their clients. And I suggest you do the same!
